Our colleagues attended the conference "Outlook 2020 - Economic Outlook for Irish Agriculture", which took place on November 26 in Ashtown, Ireland. The presentations included information on the development of Irish agriculture in recent years, current results, estimated results for 2019 and forecasts for 2020.

 

The article „Evaluation of farm results in 2018 based on FADN“ was published in the newsletter of the Agrarian Chamber of the CR called AGRObase, on the 25th of November 2019. The authors are employees of the Liaison Agency FADN CZ (Martina Harvilíková, Jana Macháčková, Josef Hanibal). The paper is available in the Publishing activity section.

 

6th November 2019 - The 16th Meeting of the National FADN Committee was convened.

 

On 28th – 29th October 2019, 24th meeting of the OECD Network for Farm-Level Analysis was held in Paris. The subject of the meeting was the presentation of results from projects participating in the countries, the state of works on the joint OECD FLA project and discussing of the future work for the years 2020-2021. In the 3rd session (Structural issues) Vladimir Kostlivý presented "Czech organic farming – structure and production in FADN 2011-2018", including the technical efficiency development of farms with livestock production in the period 2011-2016.

 

6 – 9. 10. 2019 the 27th international workshop PACIOLI was held for the first time with the support of Liaison Agency FADN in Prague. The event was opened by the speech of Mr Vlastimil Zedek (MoA), Mr Štěpán Kala (director of IAEI), Mr Josef Hanibal (Head of Liaison Agency FADN) and Mr Hans Vrolijk (workshop organisation, LEI, Netherlands). The expert sessions started with two presentations prepared by FADN CZ staff. Mr Marek Novák gave a presentation entitled „Czech Agriculture From The Perspective Of FADN“ and Mr Vladimír Kostlivý informed about „Czech Organic Farming – Structure and Production In FADN 2011 - 2017“.
